ColorTrack ("we", "our", or "the app") is a children's coloring application developed by DeveloperTrack. We take your privacy — and your child's privacy — very seriously. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

ColorTrack works entirely offline. The app:

• Does not require an account or login.
• Does not collect names, email addresses, or any contact information.
• Does not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• Does not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools.
• Does not transmit any data over the internet.

Data Stored on the Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Coloring progress: saved artwork and region data so you can resume later.
• Preferences: selected language, favorite pages, and recently used pages.

This data is stored in the app's private directory and is not accessible to other apps. It is automatically deleted when you uninstall ColorTrack.

Gallery Permissions

ColorTrack requests storage permission only when you choose to save a finished artwork to your device's photo gallery. This permission is optional — the app works fully without it. On Android 11 and above, the app uses the system MediaStore API and does not require any storage permission.

Internet Permission

The app includes the INTERNET permission because it uses the Google Fonts library, which may download font files on first launch. No personal data is sent. The app does not connect to any servers we operate.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

ColorTrack is designed for children of all ages. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar international regulations:

• We do not collect personal information from children (or anyone).
• We do not serve advertisements.
• We do not include social features, chat, or user-generated content sharing.
• We do not use behavioral tracking.

Third-Party Services

ColorTrack does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only network activity is the optional font download by the Google Fonts package (governed by Google's Privacy Policy).

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. There is no data to share.

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. We do not retain any data on external servers. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
